In February 2020, our current Owner and Director, Helen Goddard joined School ICT Resourcing Limited, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a passion for innovation. Over the next four years, she played a pivotal role in the success and growth of the company, steering it through numerous challenges and ensuring it remained at the forefront of recruitment in the education sector.
Her leadership and strategic vision not only helped maintain the high standards of service our clients have come to expect but also expanded our reach and capabilities, allowing us to better serve the evolving needs of schools across the country.
In September 2024, after successfully managing and growing the business for four years, the decision was made to take the next step—purchasing the company and bringing it under new ownership. With this transition, School ICT Resourcing Limited. was rebranded as Goddard Recruitment Limited, a name that reflects our commitment to excellence, integrity and a consultative approach to recruitment.
With over 20 years of recruitment expertise across various sectors, including Education, Goddard Recruitment has expanded its focus to include both Education and Commercial industries.
